Rep. Betara congratulates Gov. Bago on 51st birthday

Rep. Mukthar Betara, Chairman of the House Committee on FCT, has congratulated Gov. Mohammed Bago of Niger State on his 51st birthday, commending his visionary leadership and transformative impact.

In a statement on Saturday in Abuja, Betara (APC-Borno) lauded Bago for his leadership qualities and contributions to national development.

The federal lawmaker, representing Biu/Bayo/Shani and Kwaya Kusar Federal Constituency of Borno, acknowledged Bago’s relentless advocacy for Niger State.

He also lauded Bago’s meaningful contributions to the legislative process as a former member of the House of Representatives.

Betara also lauded Bago’s significant developmental projects initiated since becoming governor in 2023.

He described the governor’s 51st birthday as a milestone reflecting a life devoted to public service, leadership, and the progress of Niger State and Nigeria as a whole.

“As the governor of Niger, your visionary leadership has inspired hope and transformation across various sectors.

“Your focus on infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, and security has greatly improved the lives of your people, solidifying your reputation as a leader who prioritises their welfare,” Betara stated.

He further commended Bago’s efforts in fostering economic growth and good governance, laying a strong foundation for sustainable development.
