Breaking: NNPC increases fuel pump rice

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited Retail Management has approved an upward review of its fuel pump price from N617 to N897 per litre, effective from Tuesday, Sept. 3rd across its outlets.

This is coming at a time most Nigerians are going through pains with long fuel queues at filling stations in Abuja, Lagos and some other major cities as motorists struggle to get the product.

The announcement of removal of fuel subsidy by the President Bola Tinubu-led administration on May 29,2023 had led to hke in transportation.

This is believed to have resulted to increase in cost of food stuffs and leaving generally.(https://newsatlarge.ng).
