Agency report
The Coalition of All Progressives Congress (APC) support Groups has promised to accord priority to the welfare of its members across the country.

This, the group said was necessary ahead of the 2023 general elections.

Mr Ogolekwu Shadrack, Secretary of the coalition, gave the assurance at a news conference, on Wednesday, in Abuja.
He, however, appealed to the members of the coalition who were yet to re-validate their membership in the party across the federation, to do so, ahead of the forthcoming polls.
He said,”this is critical so as to make such persons to become bonafide members of the party.
“We wish to call on those that are yet to register with the party to do, so they can be given a pride of place and prominence in the party as 2023 general elections draw nearer,” he said.
Shadrack said the coalition was the officially amalgamated body of all APC support groups from across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
”It is poised to carry everyone along, as well as entrenching all-inclusiveness in the party,” he said.
Shadrack explained that the coalition was founded in 2014 at the birth of the APC,  with the aim of galvanising its supporters to propagate its ideals.
This, according to him is with a view to promoting and enhancing its fortune for the greater good of its members and Nigerians, generally.
He called on the members and supporters of the APC to remain calm and committed, adding,”whatever challenge it may be going through would be addressed internally.”
Shadrack expressed gratitude to President Muhammad Buhari for his fatherly love, concern and care as demonstrated through his quick and timely intervention in resolving the party’s recent challenges.
According to him, ”the pivotal role the president played in the face of the party’s recent challenges, brought calm and permanent peace it.
”All hope to consolidate on the party’s gains was not lost.”
He listed the party’s gains to include: Anti corruption war, infrastructural development, social security and intervention, human capital development, agricultural revolution and equity leadership, among others.
Shadrack said the coalition was working tirelessly to ensure that it delivered votes to the APC come 2023.
He, therefore, admonished members of the party to keep faith with it, to enable it deliver on its core mandate of developing the country.
Shadrack assured the teeming supporters and members,”the leadership of the coalition would pursue the collective interest of all, irrespective of age, religion and educational background.
